    Rob brings many years of experience working in NT and QLD with more than 20 years in multi business management and business development in remote localities. Rob joined JPS in May 2024 and looks forward to leading a team of highly qualified professionals.

    Asset Manager

    Clint has been a resident of the region for over five years and has worked as a carpenter, supervisor and site manager throughout Kakadu and West Arnhem – and across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the Middle East. Joining the team in 2021, Clint’s expertise and sound understanding of the region supports the rectification and maintenance of Jabiru’s housing stock.

    Lauren Sherwell-Spears

    Property Manager

    Lauren returned to Jabiru in March 2023 to support the JKL team in all aspects of property management. Lauren holds a Diploma of Management and is a licensed real estate agent with over 10 years of property management experience in residential, hotel and staff accommodation throughout the NT, QLD and SA. Residents can expect to see Lauren at routine house inspections.

    Sesha joined the team in 2022 as a familiar face to Jabiru residents, bringing retail, customer service and leadership experience to her new role as Property Support Officer. Sesha is also a board member for the Red Lily Health Board.

    Gedgey

     

    Stephen Browngedge

    Works Team Leader

    Gedgey joined the team in 2023 following several years of supporting the rehabilitation of the Ranger mine site and is a familiar face to the region having lived in West Arnhem and Kakadu for 20 years. Gegdey provides property and grounds maintenance to the Jabiru housing stock, with intention to expand his role to create and support meaningful training and employment opportunities for local bininj.
