Rob Mitchell
General Manager
Rob brings many years of experience working in NT and QLD with more than 20 years in multi business management and business development in remote localities. Rob joined JPS in May 2024 and looks forward to leading a team of highly qualified professionals.

Lauren Sherwell-Spears
Property Manager
Lauren returned to Jabiru in March 2023, bringing over 15 years of property management experience across the Northern Territory, Queensland, and South Australia. Her expertise spans residential, commercial, hotel, and staff accommodation sectors. Lauren holds a Diploma of Management and a Real Estate and Business Agent Licence.

Sesha Whitehurst
Property Support Officer
Sesha joined the team in 2022 as a familiar face to Jabiru residents, bringing valuable retail, customer service, and leadership experience to her role. She currently holds an Agent’s Representative Interim Licence and is completing her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, further enhancing her skills to support the property management team.

Stephen Browngedge
Works Team Leader
Gedgey joined the team in 2023 following several years of supporting the rehabilitation of the Ranger mine site and is a familiar face to the region having lived in West Arnhem and Kakadu for 20 years. Gegdey provides property and grounds maintenance to the Jabiru housing stock, with intention to expand his role to create and support meaningful training and employment opportunities for local bininj.

Ming-Chi Yang
Support Officer
Ming-Chi has been part of the Jabiru community for five years, bringing strong local connection and a people-focused approach to property management. She holds a Bachelor of Land Management, a Graduate Certificate in Tourism, Environment and Cultural Heritage, an Interim Agent's Representative Licence, and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

Maruf Imtiaz
Corporate Services Officer
Maruf joined the team in February 2022, bringing extensive finance and accounting experience from roles across the NT and NSW. He supports a wide range of Finance and Business Services functions. He is known for his methodical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. Maruf has embraced the unique experience of living and working in remote communities and is committed to making a positive impact. He looks forward to continuing to support the team and contribute to the organisation’s success.
